EE Voicemail number. Also used by other phone networks on the EE network (Known as MVNOs).
Android phone app (Google Business linked) was incorrectly identifying this as a business called "Golden Dynasty". In the Android phone app you can click on the icon next to the number and use "Improve Caller ID" to make suggestions. I have suggested "EE voicemail"
