Received a txt msg from this number purporting to be from the Department of Pensions and Benefits saying I had not submitted an application for Winter Allowance for 2024-2025 and to click on a link to do so. I am very suspicious because I am not old enough for such payment. I do not click on links in any suspicious msg.
