Think it is potentially a scam but didn't find the person I hads tone harrasing and they were pretty polite. Was the tiktok promotions team thing that was mentioned by the previous person - their proposal was following accounts in bulk for some form of commision. I wouldn't really reccomend risking it to anyone reading this as it's not going to be official tiktok marketing team but some agency offering paid view/follower boosts.

Claimed to be “Jessica” from TikTok’s promotions team, accent suggested an Indian call centre. Seemed dodgy, so I hung up and blocked.
