Strange and disconcerting woman who sd her name was Rachel from "Topline Marketing"???? She did get my surname out of me and initial! Wish i had hung up. Said a manager would ring within the hour to book appointment to survey my lift for free, regarding new loft installation. Got my age out of me, cos guess what its free survey for oldies. Definitely odd, tho her speaking vouce was good, just didnt seem right and it really has unnerved me. Not expecting a call back. Very dodgy.
