Told them I have no insulation, so nothing to acess. Still wouldn't take no for an answer. I asked if there was a law that said it needed doing. She still carried on so I hung up.

First call asking about loft installation ... said they didn't know and would get someone to call me. Second call Mon 15/9 ... insistent female, I asked what type of installation, she said they would send person to check what is in loft was/is OK or needs replacing and are not selling anything? Told her I asked to know what type of installation they did! Said I'm not interest but she kept on and on, she also said I only requested a 2nd call because thought I was getting something free!!! Told her many times my installation is newish and doesn't need doing, but insisted it should be checked and started asking stupid questions of why am I shouting, I must have dementia etc, Told her to end call and she said ' don't I know how to end a call' I've put as harassing on this site but think it could be a 'Dangerous' as I have my wit's about me but who knows who they could get there claws into!!!
