Pretending to be EE and wanted to reduce the cost of my contract. Asked for details such as email address, actual address and DOB etc and also back account details. Of course I would not give these and they terminated the call.

Caller claiming to be EE, this is a reoccurring issue with a number of these throwaway mobile numbers claiming to want to reduce my bills by 40%. I've asked them to stop contacting me and they persist, I suspect it is not genuine but if they are it's inconsiderate and harassing.
