Scam - called saying he was British Gas and wanted to book me in for an appointment and proceeded to ask for personal information, I declined and he hung up.

Sounded like a complete mummy’s boy. Obviously trying a scam as willing to do a proper job. He should ring his own family up to see how what they think of him

Someone claiming to be from British gas trying to get me to join British gas but the issue was, I'm already with British gas. Obviously a scammer, a dumb one at that.

Saying he was from British Gas. Said I wasn't interested he continued trying to get information. I gave him the run around and he hung up. Dislike these oxygen thieves immensely.
