I see from other messages here that I’ve had the same I’ve also had other numbers they call off but it’s the same person and also an email however his personal name on email and claiming to be from virgin media offering discount on my mobile phone. Very polite and patient and also glad I checked on here !

Pretended to be from three network provider. Called me ma'am when it quite clearly says Mr on my three account. Said he could offer me a 45% discount on my contract, but couldn't tell me my name, how much I currently pay on my monthly bill, my address or email address. There were lots of long silences, so I asked him if he was okay and if he needed me to call him an ambulance. Really confused him haha. He hung up when he realised he wasn't going to get any money or information from me.
