Following a short pause (consistent with an automated call being switched to an operator), someone with a very strong Indian accent asked something like "do I know how much I paid for my last bill". There was loud background noise of people talking, probably all making the same call. I'm 99.9% certain this was scam, so asked them to go away and I hung up and blocked the number. I know they just switch to new ones but what can you do? Can't someone stop this use of legitimate looking numbers for nefarious purposes.
