I spoke to a person by the name of Hazel. she was convincing and said the company could help our client to get the repairs done and try to get compensation, of which they will take 20% fees Hazel reassured me that it is tenant's legal right . I understand that and there are genuine company who advertise the same. I checked on google using the telephone number my client was given but I am not very happy and its concerning that this may be a scam
