Hope that it was a coincidence, they asked about defects I have reported asked any damp or cracks, I asked what organization they represented and he said they work with all associations, I said you don't work with mine , he hung up.

Same here, they called saying I reported a housing problem. I’ve asked them who they are and where they found my number. They asked back if I had housing problems. Said no, they hung up.

Said exactly the same thing to me. I did have a problem in my last property but that was a few months back. When I asked what address it was, he hung up.
