Asked about the repair I’d reported and asked if I had damp or mould when I said no it disconnected. Didn’t seem like a real person more like AI

Danny from Housing Repair rang about my housing problem, which I didn't have. I told him my only problem was nuisance calls.

Called saying they were from the Repairs team. Hung up when I said I was the wrong person to speak to. Realised after calling them back that they're not from a reputable company
