Rang pretending to be Talk Talk and wanted me to pay for full fibre upgrade , even booked an appointment then wanted to charge for digital phone, got really anti when he was unsuccessful.

Call received from Indian sounding guy, who said his name was John Cooper. He said that I was due some mortgage interest compensation of £4,200. I told him that I was tenant, but he didn't give up. I gave him a fictitious date of birth and bank sort code number. He got more and more annoyed and finally hung up. Beware!!!!

this is 4th or 5th time this number has called in a month he will not take no for an answer and somehow continually rings ,even with the phone off the hook. iam 80 years old and find this very threatening.i even unplugged the phone for 2 minutes, but it started ringing again as soon as i plugged it in.he needs stopping ,as this is very intimidating to the elderly.

02920023424, keeps phoning around 07.30 am, rings persistently and no level of verbal abuse deters this bastard, it's some kind of computer scam. And despite repeated demands to delete our number he refuses. 😡
