It is action fraud. As it was the same lady i spoke to when the police put me through and when this number called me. She gave me information about our previous call

Following up on Voicemail, an Asian sounding voice said-hesitantly- she will call back in the morning. I suspect English was not her first, or usual, language. We will see if we get another call.
