Caller said they were from anglian water saying that my insurance was due to be renewed at my address, I have no insurance with them which made me suspicious, they then went on to say that they needed bank account details to renew the direct debit to continue the insurance, I told them to use the same details as they already had to which the guy replied ok then rung off

The caller stated she was from wales and west utilities asking if I wanted to renew my insurance that was about to expire after 3 years. When i said I knew nothing about an insurance she informed me of my address. Then added they sould take me off the list.
