Some lady with an accent claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse, but it felt fishy. She got aggressive when I asked too many questions.

Claims to be from Carphone warehouse, But got super abusive and started swearing down the phone when I asked why their number was appearing as "Spam" on my phone.
