From a call centre, I heard chatter in the background, they hung up when I said good afternoon. Probably a scam call.

O2 mobile scam. Utter muppets. Go and get a real job.

Said he was from O2 and he could see my bill was higher than others. He had an Indian accent but couldnt tell me how much my bill was - he had an excuse etc etc. Actually I dont have an O2 account. He talked over me so I gave him my best verbal barrage. Avoid and block.

40% discount as per other post. Asked them to confirm my details from their system, but they said they needed my email to confirm my identity as account holder. I mumbled it and said there you are now confirm what details you have if really from O2. She changed tack and asked about quality of internet service in my area? Kept repeating that not giving me new plan but a discount. I asked what has the internet go to do with my phone? Couldn't answer but asked me to spell my email and started getting a bit annoyed/aggressive. So I refused, said she should have my details and how can a discount apply mid-contract. Some garbage about marketing and people complaining to O2. Definitely a scam. Cannot call back the number, refused to give me one. Name of person: Dora - accent sounded Indian and located in a vryt busy call centre.

Same as others said from 02; and give a reward I need to change my password that they give for temporary until they access my account and do rewards I said no need reward for me I happy with my bill and not given details

I didn't answer because my phone identified as a suspected SPAM caller. The comical thing about is if it really is O2 - as a recently migrated customer from Virgin - they'd know surely that phone networks shouldn't be identifying their own numbers as Suspected SPAM

1st time they rang just said they were from my mobile company and wanted to reward me with 40% discount. Played along and said how much will I pay. They repeated 40%. I said my maths isn’t that good so how much would that be they said they needed to verify my account and wanted my email address associated with bill. I said you don’t need that to tell me how much. Repeated they needed to verify account so told them to get lost and stop trying to scam people. 2nd time actually said they were from O2 but very broken English asked again how much but needed my email so hung up.

Tried to say I was an old customer, however I’m a new customer to o2, tried to get my details to “transfer me to a virgin media sim” I’m aware that o2 and virgin media have merged but it’s just felt off, had very little English and wouldn’t answer my questions just kept to his script

Called me in Belfast 15.20 today 15/07 usual c**p very little grasp of English, blocked immediately.
