These are scammers, pretended to be from EE to access my online account. They state EE needs to send a SIM card. Block and report to action fraud if they call you. They also use a Rochdale number.

Called me twice within a few minutes. Didn't pick up, but got a text from Three giving a code, so based on the other comments I believe they were attempting to log into my account.
