As other people have said, this is a cold call pretending there's a report about issues with my house from some company like Harrison. It's clearly a scam attempt. I hung up straight away and won't engage.

Keeps ringing, suspected spam

Clear scam. Rung about a housing issue that 'was' reported, but asked if there were any problems in the next sentence. When questioned that they'd have a log of the issue I had apparently reported, they were very quick to end the call. They target people who wouldn't spot the contradiction. They also likely spoof to show as a London number from India, a known method.

Called today, told me I'd made a report about a problem with my house, then asked what the problem was. I said he was lying as I hadn't had any problems and hadn't made a report to anyone. He rang off.
