Same experience (copied) They wait for you to say hello then take about 5 seconds before speaking, at which point I'm already thinking it's a scam. Indian man then says "Hello it's BLAH from mumbled Housing Repairs, how are you today?" Very fast. Scam.

Caller phoned…I didn’t recognise number so passed it to voicemail. No message left. Number now blocked.

Caller claimed to be from social housing asking about repair work, but nothing sounded right. London numbers don’t usually start like that. Whole thing felt made up so I ended it quickly.
