Asian man from “repair team” knew my name. Hung up, blocked.

Said they were calling about a repair. I don't have any repairs, so hang up. It's a scam.

Answered call and an Asian woman said "we got your number from social housing list". I said what? She repeated and I said what? again, then the phone went dead. Unfortunately I called back and an Asian man said something like please hold the line and then the phone went dead. I've marked it as dangerous because it seems like it's a scam. Have also blocked number and marked it as a scam. Strangely though, I am not on any social housing list that I know of...

Claimed they had a report from social housing about damp in my home. I don’t even live in social housing!

They took the time to call me, then didn't speak and just hung up after I had answered. I can only call this a company or organisation that is very suspicious in their behaviour. I've blocked this number from future contact. ( I recommend just blocking and not indulging because of their inability to respect the use of phonelines !! )

Told me they were helping the council repair housing issues, damp, mould etc. Told me they got my number from a council survey. Avoid

The caller said they were from housing repairs. When I said they have the wrong number, they asked personal creepy questions of a sexual nature. Please be careful
