Started ‘how are you today?’. Then said good news is that I needed a survey but it’s completely FREE! Could save me money on energy bills, stop probable condensation in my loft, alluded to government bodies. A pain and would scare less aware/ more vulnerable people allowing his company into my home. Shameful. Said most homes in my area had had the survey done but couldn’t tell me my postcode and wouldn’t say who he was phoning on behalf of. Should be ashamed of himself and the company he’s working for.
