Received unsolicited call from this number despite having registered with TPS. Female voice asked if I was the homeowner. Said she was with Local Energy Saving and asked what insulation I had in my loft. Was persistent even when I said I didn't have any idea what she was talking about. I am certain this was a scam as I have not made any enquiries about work to the attic and I did not recognise the number
