Continual calling even though requested not to as not interested.

I received call on mobile around 9:45am today. Asking how much debt I have and will resolve issue. I said I don't want debt consolidation but insisted it is nothing like that which affects my credit file or future borrowing and when I get any other way money back no one is going to touch it you still can apply for this Just need to answer 4-5 questions and can give everything to me in email after and can arrange call back after these questions otherwise the call will drop. Tough job for the person from whoever work for maybe but did drop the call on me. Kept saying is from government backed Consumer Advice Forum, it sounded like unless Rights Forum. Government backed. When I said I first need to go and find out who is this Consumer Rights Forum he hung up on me. If it is a legit company I feel bad. Also I need to write on here in case it really is not.
