Came up as suspected spam, but sometimes legit numbers come up with that warning too. Answered and said "my brother is a police officer (which he is), so if this is a cold call...." and they hung up before I could finish my sentence

Caller said my full name and asked if need to make a claim for housing benefit and if I have damages to my dwelling which is part of housing association. Complete rubbish asked where he got my details from claimed I could have input it into a portal. Complete rubbish this is a scam just hang up.
