Fifth call on same scam in last fortnight. Claims to be energy adviser for my postcode area. but clearly hasn't a clue which postcode area he is talking to. Claims to know my loft insulation is dangerous, but when repeatedly challenged, cannot say how he has that information. Blocked using 1572.

I don’t answer calls from anonymous or unknown numbers either on my landline or cellphone and as this caller didn’t leave a voicemail, I naturally presume it was a scam and therefore have blocked the number.
