Female caller saying she was from vodaphone saying my sim would be blocked in 24hours if I didn't reset my sim card, she said about sending me a code but I said no il ring vodaphone myself as iv never heard of this before and hung up, it wasn't true

Caller (female) claimed to be from Sky Customer Services. Disconnected when I asked a couple of challenge questions to verify authenticity.

Claimed to be from O2 and said he was calling about my SIM. He said that they would be sending out a new SIM (with the same number). He hung up when I said he would have to take it up with my IT department as it was a work phone, that he would know that if he was genuine, and asked whom he thought he was speaking to.

Caller said he was speaking on behalf of Heat Seal solutions, He would not give me their address. He asked if I was in a specific age range and the type of roof insulation I had. I said I would not tell him until he told me about his company. He said a supervisor would contact me about the information and asked the questions again so I terminated the call. He was lead generating - it is not a scam but a way to bypass the TPS list of do not call numbers.
