This telephone number 02039714741 phones me every evening for the last 10 evenings around 18+30. On answering the phone there is no response or dialling tone just complete silence. It is unlike calls from the usual unwanted "bt , or card fraudently used, or virgin media account to be cancelled ECT" this is just silence !!!!!

The caller said they were from virgin and my router had sent numerous faulty signal to them they asked if I had laptop or computer and what colour the lights were on my router. When I said I was on another phone speaking to virgin and was it a scam they hung up.

This is a probable scam. Call went as follows: Me: Hello? Caller: Hello, I'm with Virgin Media customer support. Me: Are you sure? Caller: No I'm not, have a good day, bye. <The caller then hung up the phone before I had chance to say anything else.> DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER!!!
