Ignored TPS status. scam Loft insulation, using several numbers in a range and keep using different number each day, I try to block each one, but it's tedious

Phone rang. Picked up phone. I said "Hello". No response. Clearly a call centre automatically ringing more numbers than their 'agents' can handle.

Cold caller. Caller was asking if I was the homeowner, when I said yes, she said that the data supplied by the local council shows her that my loft insulation is outdated. They will be in my local area and can give a free quote. I told her that this is impossible as my insulation was done around 5 years. Most likely a scam attempt. In the early morning I also got 2 missed calls from a very similar looking numbers 02038966084 and 02038966085.
