Cold call, re energy savings.

Got a ca today, 14th Sept. Caller took a while to speak and was "selling" energy insulation. I put the phone down on them.

Call from 02038966036 discussing energy savings and loft insulation. Said my loft insulation is outdated and needs replacing. Funny as my loft insulation has been re-done 2 years ago.
