Scammers 100%. Said he's my local energy advisor. I told him to .... you know what.

Getting several attempts to call, when phone is picked up with no comment, there is no announcement from caller and call then terminates.
Looks & feels "DODGY" and is unwarranted intuition of privacy.

Just phoned me. Said something about energy adviser for the area. I asked him what area and he hung up. Get these calls from various numbers nearly every day. I have mentioned the TPO as well but it does not stop them. Fed up with it.
