It's an auto dialer, has called me 3 times over the last 2 days. If you don't speak it hangs up after 2 seconds. it will pass you to a scammer if it detects a response from you.

Claimed to be from ‘Sky Services’ wanted to confirm my last bill amount to verify identity. I hung up. Strong accent.
