02034249289 called claiming to be our local energy adviser. Our number is ex-directory and registered with TPS, but we STILL get these Harassing calls. I have marked it Dangerous as vulnerable people may be taken in by them

This belongs to the same group of numbers behind the local energy advisor con. Jo or a similar voice asks about your home setup to supposedly help save energy, but it's fraudulent cold calling.
