A regular call about sending a loft surveyor. I was told that I had had a survey within the 18 months which I hadn’t and rockwool and fibre glass insulation which used to recommended was not now due to its toxic contents. It was a wet day and I was stuck inside so I engaged a bit, ignored some of the spiel and kept asking what was now recommended and asked how would I know it wouldn’t be deemed bad in a short time. I got fed up and just said I don’t qualify for anything and the phone went dead.

Just annoyed that I answered it as was unknown number. The woman started her spiel saying she was one of the local insulation advisors and that she assumed I was the home owner. Don't know if it was automated or not. I put the phone down. Nuisance call.

I can'r say its dangeoiua but ir was suspicious, Caller refused to tell me when I asked several times who she was working for as I wanted to check. .She kept asking about my home insulation but as she wouldn't tell me what company she worked for I gave her no info and rang off. Very suspicious.
