Claim to be O2 representative. Informed me they are doing some network improvements and my sim card will be deactivated shortly and I will receive new one by post in next 48 hours. At the moment when lady said there is an error in the system and I need to confirm my address I hung up.
Called O2 directly and I was told nobody from O2 called me and should ignore such calls in the future as its scam.
While talking with O2 same phone number try to call me 3 more times.
