Has called numerous times. Answered first call as expecting to hear re an appointment. Said from finance company, I immediately told her not interested and terminated call. Have been ignoring this and similar numbers for past three weeks. I just keep blocking but is becoming a nuisance!!

Called asking for a name which wasn't mine and they couldnt pronounce either. When told I didn't know anyone by that name, I got told I must know them as this is their number. It isn't and hasnt been for at least 15 years.

Claiming to be a ‘PCP Claim Centre’(Heavy Asian accent) He had my full name and address(and obviously mobile no.). Reluctant to confirm where the company is based and who owns the company. Kept repeating this company title and service after my persistent questions. He eventually rang off stating he didn’t have time to talk to me! Ironically, I’ve never had PCP so instant scam alert!

Usual 0.8 second delay to Indian call centre so time for fun. Call was about an unsatisfied County Court Judgement (CCJ, I don't have any!). Proceeded to try and harvest personal details (they had my name but nothing else) so out with my totally fake personal details card (well, they are paying for the call) and I played along for a bit & after getting a little bored with this obvious scam pressed for details of the CCJ (which was non existent)- couldn't produce the details so I said goodbye in my best profane old English.

PCP SCAM, They called me knowing my first name and when I pushed them, they provided me with a registration number of a vehicle I had many years ago and thought i had bought it on finance. The lady who called me had an African accent. I knew it was a scam as I have never purchased a car on finance. Please note that these people do not just find your car finance but will also go far any tax rebate you may be owed and take a percentage usually 50%. but this is written in the small print that most people miss.

PCP scam. Knew my first name. Heavy Caribbean accent obviously reading a script with difficulty. Said their records show I'd had PCP on a car between 2007 and 18. I've not touched that sort of thing in my life. Hang up immediately.
