Told me she was calling from a claims company - no name given - regarding my recent claim. I haven't had a claim, or an accident of any kind. I asked her to tell me what my name was as she appeared to know I'd had a claim. Unsurprisingly she was unable to do that. She continued to try talking to me despite my insistence.

Lady called at 17:30 - what companies are actually working then? She gave some company name and said it was in regard to my accident which was not my fault,..
So I said ‘which one’, and she hung up. Nuff said,
