Apparently from O2, about my SIM card - I'm not with O2, once I started asking questions they got defensive and hung up.

Calls from 01980 area code persistent daily this week all with different numbers, block one and they use another. Wish I could just block anything with that area code.

Said he knew my home needed updated roof insulation. When I asked what my address was he said thank you for your time and he then put the phone down
