Caller said they were from EE and they were going to give me a non contract reduction on my mobile phone payments went into local EE store and they verified it was a scam

Called 3 times in half an hour, Grrrrrrr.

IF I needed a Boiler? I would get one!
Next time they ring! I’m going to sit down with a coffee and a dooby. And ask them a few questions for about 5mins all excited about having a NEW BOILER!
(All in an Italian old man accent).
Then just as they are getting EXCITED!!!
You say “2 seconds there is someone at the front door and leave the phone on the table and walk out of the room…
They WILL NOT HANG UP!
And you just carry on banging around the kitchen whistling to yourself whilst making another coffee and a Dooby.
They scream to get your attention. “Just leave them hanging”
After 10 minutes of this!
Walk upto the phone and say “HELLO” in a British accent..
Ask them? Who’s is this? Is there someone on the line!!
They will say hello it’s Derick and I was speaking to an Italian gentleman can you put him on please??
Then you Laugh and call out to your DEMENTIA DAD! Have you been on the phone again dad..
Then go back to the guy and say “IM Sooo sorry!”
Always works!!
