I received a call about a Nielsen shopping survey. Sounds like a cold call.

This number persistently calls my mobile daily, I do not recognise the number, and the smartphone "phone" app shows the number as being "spam" I do not answer, if this was a genuine phone call surely they would leave a voicemail eh? If they, whoever it is, persist in calling, I will have no alternative but to block the number.
