Jo rang Trying to get me to have my loft surveyed for insulation, as current type could be bad for my lungs. Did not listen to my reply and kept asking if I wanted this. Hung up when I said no and also when I told her that that she had spoken to me before and I still didn’t want a survey. Felt like someone who wanted access to my property. That or there is no customer service anymore.

Have also had Jo call claiming yto be an energy advisor for my area despite being over 100 miles away. Didn't give her the time to go fiwn the loft installation route and hung up
