Call from David James saying he had spoken to our MD. On asking a couple of questions - company name - what it was in regards to - he immediately got very agitated - what was my name as he would be telling my MD. My MD does not take calls. Why would you want to deal with a company like this?

Charlie called from Ripple , now used a different number!!! Previous 01243 212663. This company is the most anoying nuscence calling company at the moment unto 7 calls a day.. Number blocked.

Call from Harry Clark of Ripple, asking for our Director by first name. I asked if he had been previously corresponding with our Director, to which he confirmed. Got shirty when I explained I couldn't transfer him through as our Director does not use an office landline, despite Mr Clark advising he had been put through to him previously(impossible). Mr Clark then hung up.

Matt Clark from Ripple asking to speak to one of the directors but wouldn't tell me what about. Insisted on speaking to him and then asked for my name when I wouldn't put him through. I asked for their website so I could see who Ripple was then denied that I was looking up the correct website, said the message was private and that he had always been put through previously. Director hasn't been in the office for over a year!!

Phoned and asked for director by name I explained they were out of office and do not know when they are next in. I asked what its regarding and whether I could help. When I asked this the man on the phone started meowing and saying sorry my cat has just jumped on me. Sounded like he was in a busy tele sales office so very bizarre! Wouldn't give me any details about who they were and what its regarding.

A lady called Sarah Brown called asking for our Director by his first name and then his full name she explained he would know what the call was about and when explained he out of office she advised she would call back. No company information given or reason for call. Very loud back ground noise sounded like a telesales call centre.

Called asking to speak to the director claiming had called on this number 2 weeks ago.. despite the director not being in the office for over 9 months. wouldnt give the company name

A guy named Tom Green keeps phoning our company asking to speak to one of our directors by giving their first name, then asks me to check the director's diary (!) to see if he's booked in for a meeting (provides a specific day and time) which is an absolute bulls*it because there's no such meeting arranged. The director confirmed he doesn't have any Tom Green in his contacts, so this is very likely to be a scam call, or rather a number of calls the guy makes.

Called wanting to know if I was in. Our receptionist asked who was calling and the caller hung up. Won't be dealing with such a firm under any circumstances. Presumably a telecoms reseller.
