Couldn’t understand the person easily but something about National Grid and replacing the meter due to a problem. I was suspicious but they knew the name of the business and the address. Said it wouldn’t cost anything. Gave a code to give the engineer at the appointment time. Confirmed as scam when they asked for a photo of the meter and a photo of the last bill - couldn’t understand what they said about why but they must want details from this or access to the property. Put pressure on me to have photos ASAP. They said they will be sending a letter and email which I won’t be opening.

Claimed to be power grid, fairly obvious scam. Hung up and blocked number

Apparently calling from the ‘power grid’ that they work with my electric provider and we would be cut off. They couldn’t tell me the address nor who I get electric from. Obvious scam
