I had a call yesterday from this number, the caller rang off when I answered, I had another call today, both on my landline, telling me I was going to get compensation of almost £3.000 for a mortgage I paid off a long time ago, he rang off after I told him I had never had a mortgage

Call ID says it is from Torquar England but you can hear it from the background it is clearly not.
