Number came up as local to me but called spoke with very strong and hard to understand Indian (I think) accent. I asked several times who they were from and this was rushed and said so quickly I couldn’t really grasp it but i think they said something about universal data? They wanted to ask me question which appeared random like who what is a famourf local landmark. I expect this phishing exercise to get as much personal date to try to break passwords. When i persistentaly asked what they wanted and why they were calling me for it they hung out

Random number. Never heard of it. Didn’t answer. Just blocked it.
