Scammers pretending to be from mobile network providers may call claiming you're eligible for a free or discounted phone upgrade. They often try to get your personal or bank details, or ask for payment to activate the offer. If you get such a call, be cautious - legitimate providers won’t request sensitive information or fees over the phone. Always check with your provider using official contact details. Supposedly from EE, Stated I required new SIM for a software update, said I was a good customer they would send a new SIM and I pods for any inconvenience, Parcel arrived No Sim but included a an apple I Watch . Got another call saying the watch had been delivered incorrectly mix up with I pods and the watch would be picked up the next day. Contacted EE they said it was fraud and my bill showed the cost of the I watch.EE have taken up the investigation. Beware.
