I have blocked number, obvious scam, persistent.

This is my second attempt at leaving a message here.
Caller would not answer questions about which local area he was representing.
His 'script' mirrored previous callers who claimed to represent my local postcode area with issues relating to 'energy saving'.
If they don't know who are where you are then that is the information that they are trying to get you to tell them!
