Received a call but said nothing and then hung up !

They knew my name and wanted confirmation, but I asked first who was calling, they asked for confirmation that it was me they were talking to, and when I asked (again) who was calling, he said "I'm not telling you" and hung up!

Tried to get more money out of me telling me my bill was due for renewal for drainage etc
