Phoned me claiming to be from sky offering monthly discount on my bill. Hung up when I asked them to confirm how much I currently paid

A woman called claiming to be from the “Energy Department” and said she wanted to conduct a free property survey. When I told her I wasn’t interested, she became impatient and insisted it was important. I called the number back and heard a voicemail stating it was the Energy Department, using the same voice as the caller. This appears to be a scam.

Asked about the property I live in, and said they were contacting all the people in that postcode. So I asked which property is that and what postcode. She said the one you live in. I said which one. She decided it was best to give up.

Caller said something about a refund from old car payments, then hung up when I asked for their company name. Dodgy!
