This number has called several times on Friday 7th November, first calling the office number, then the urgent enquiries number - leaving a message with a colleague. After which they called emergency contact number! Caller rang again today Monday 10th. They only leave a message saying it's Karen and to call her back. If it was an emergency, they would have left a more detailed message. Caller display showed Utility Deal MA and then as Utilities Solut. Clearly a cold call as we don't have a contract with them and I would also go as far as to say harrassing due to the number of calls in a short period and calling the emergency OOHs number!
